Can anyone tell me what birthday date is the Romanain name Lore dana ???

The Romanian name is spelled Loredana, but i'm not sure i understand what do you mean by 'birthday date'.

That certain romanian names had a special day like a Birthday name day as well as there own date of birth ???

Yes, some have, it's called onomastica (celebration of the name)
But I don't think Loredana has one, as far as I know, since it's not a saint's name.
